What is the cost of your program?
There is a one-time membership fee of $200 that pays for all of your weekly coaching sessions- for life. If you attend one of our no-obligation introductory seminars, we cut the membership fee in half—making you a member for life for only $100. Contact us to reserve your seat at our next seminar!
In addition to the membership fee, our new members also pay for a starter kit that contains about $250 worth of food and supplements (11 days worth of food/1 month supply of supplements).
The ongoing cost of our program is tied to the food and supplements purchased. Each meal replacement costs $4.50-$5.50. A client typically purchases between $87-$95 dollars of food per week in order to stay compliant on the weight loss phase of our program. As you approach your goal, the cost to you goes down, as we transition you off of our products and back to a whole foods diet. We strive to be an integral part of your weight management program through the years—you are encouraged to continue coming in to our centers for free maintenance coaching sessions long after you reach your goal weight.

How long is the program?
We design a custom program based on your goals, so the length of the program depends on how much you want to lose. You set your own target weight. If you need a little guidance determining a healthy weight, we can help you using our Body Composition Analysis tool. Our client testimonials may be helpful in seeing how successful the program can be.
How does Ideal Protein food work?
Our protein meal replacements provide you with highly absorbable proteins in a low carb, low fat, and low calorie form. The proteins are instrumental in protecting your muscle mass during rapid weight loss.
How long will I eat Ideal Protein meals?
Our foods are tools that protect your muscle throughout the weight loss phase. Once you reach your goal, we transition you off of our protein foods and onto a maintenance plan composed of balanced eating using whole foods.
Does your program help me keep the weight off?
We are here to help with every step of the weight loss and maintenance journey. Our program has 4 phases. The first phase is active fat loss. The second and third phases transition you into our maintenance phase—the 4th phase. Our maintenance plan revolves around smart food pairing and healthy balanced eating. Once you reach your weight loss goal, we encourage you to continue to come in for weekly one-on-one appointments where you continue to receive support and education.
